When performing staining surfaces in residential premises, water -based paint is most often used. Due to the fact that such material itself is inexpensive, it must be chosen very carefully. You should not save here, because still quality material will not significantly reduce the budget.
Performing the staining procedure itself involves two stages. The first is the preparation of the surface on which it is planned to apply paint. Only on condition that the base has an absolutely smooth appearance, the finish will turn out to be truly aesthetic. Therefore, first of all, the surface is aligned using plaster or putty.
Another stage in the preparation of the surface is reduced to applying the primer to it. Thanks to the primer, it will be possible to make the pores of the base minimal in volume, which will allow water-based paint to lie on the surface and create a truly beautiful decorative decoration.
When the surface is prepared, you can proceed to the staining procedure. It is quite easy to handle water -based paint, so it is applied with the simplest roller or brush. The main thing is that as the paint in the room dries, there are no drafts.
