Today, the number of housing commissioned in Russia is extremely small. However, after the country’s entry into the WTO, it is possible to attract foreign developers. Comparing the rate of construction in Russia and China, it is impossible not to note a huge difference – in Russia about sixty -five million square meters are being built in Russia, and almost 4 billion in China is built in China. At the same time, Chinese housing costs much cheaper – the construction of one square meter according to Chinese technologies costs four times cheaper than Russian value. All this makes the domestic construction industry extremely uncompetitive. After all, renting apartments for daily rents begins to be more popular, since sometimes this option is more acceptable if it concerns housing for officials provided by the government for temporary use, as an official. The Russian Association of Builders, led by Nikolai Koshman, see a great perspective in attracting Chinese developers. Chinese development is low -rise cottages with an area of up to three hundred squares collected from prefabricated structures. The construction process takes only about a month, which is considered an extremely quick time for the construction of buildings. In addition, Russian experts note that such technologies are quite applicable on local soils. Only the issue of the adaptability of Chinese cottages for the Russian climate and domestic features remains unresolved – there may be significant problems here. One way or another, Russia’s entry into the WTO will inevitably entail Chinese expansion. The strongest always win in a competitive battle, and today it is Chinese developers. Perhaps it is thanks to the involvement of foreign technologies that the domestic construction industry will begin to actively develop. Therefore, interaction with more competitive Chinese companies should serve as a powerful impetus for the development of domestic construction. The Chinese government has the possibility of entering the country’s companies in foreign markets that the Russian Construction Association is very happy. According to experts, domestic organizations should also look for new ways to international markets – both with the help of construction and new production materials production materials. At the same time, some domestic experts also see the negative consequences of the arrival of Chinese developers. They believe that Chinese expansion can lead to social shocks in the domestic industry – the bankruptcy of non -competitive enterprises, unemployment of the population and even the distrust of the local population to power.
