My husband and I decided to go abroad for a long time. We are tired of constant changes and perestroika in this country. My parents lived and studied during the perestroika of Gorbachev, I personally studied at the school under the transition program, my husband said that while he was completed by Polytechnic, the name of the university changed five times. Constant innovations in business taxation. We just tired of fighting windmills. There is a small capital, there is your own business, though small, but stable and does not require our intervention. I am a children’s doctor by education, I even have a little experience, but in recent years after the birth of a child I am sitting at home. We went through a large number of options for emigration countries and, ultimately, decided to buy real estate in Prague. Why exactly in the Czech Republic? There are many reasons for this. Firstly, what immediately attracted us, the Czech Republic distinguishes from most European countries simplified processes of emigration. The registration of a residence permit in this state takes only three months after the decision to leave. Secondly, the Czech Republic has a stable economy, which can not be said about our country. Thirdly, here is a very good environmental situation. We went here more than once to rest and returning, we understood how much the situation of this country has a healthy lifestyle. Fourthly, there are quite affordable prices for education, and this is important because a child is growing in our family. And finally, Prague differs from other cities, even our Russian, the possibility of acquiring a high -quality apartment at a loyal price. In general, real estate in Prague is characterized by its quality. We specifically conducted our study with the study of the entire real estate market in Europe, and came to an unambiguous conclusion that if you invest in real estate in Europe, it is necessary to purchase objects in the Czech Republic. We even studied the potential of builders’ companies. And if you tell the truth, the last argument in favor of real estate in Prague was the reviews of our friends living in Prague in the new house for more than four years. The apartment is clean, bright, spacious, with a kitchen-studio and a game room for a child, with huge panoramic windows and an amazing promising look. Payment for such an apartment is comparable to our expenses. And if you add the fullness of Prague as a cultural center and small distances here, both in the Czech Republic itself and to other countries, the choice is the only right. And in conclusion I would like to note that there is practically no language barrier. I just go to the Czech language courses for the third month, but I already understand everything that is said and I myself will speak quite tolerably.
