Construction of a country house

During the construction of a country house, the choice of building material for the construction of walls plays an important role. If earlier, a brick or wood (to ensure environmental friendliness) was more likely to be selected, now aerated concrete comes to the first place – environmentally friendly durable material, providing high -quality and quick construction of walls and ceilings.

In its structure, aerated concrete is a porous artificial stone. For its manufacture, concrete and aluminum powder are used. Aluminum powder itself is little useful, but in aerated concrete it is used in negligible amounts that do not bring any damage to health during operation. Powder is needed only so that in the process of mixing the mass, it forms air bubbles, pores that provide good properties of heat – and sound insulation.

To everything else, gas concrete blocks are made in the factory, in the autoclave, which at least somehow guarantees compliance with construction standards (which, for example, can not be said about foam blocks-the main competitor of gas blocks that can be made in artisanal conditions). As you can see, the technology for the manufacture of aerated concrete blocks is quite simple, which explains a low price for finished material, both during construction and during operation.
