Transport communication in Kupchino
In Kupchino, the Historical District of St. Petersburg, there is only one metro station, and therefore most residents have to get to it by other types of transport. In fact, there are no car traffic jams, as well as problems with parking transport – the highways are quite wide, and the development of the district is low.
Housing owners in the new buildings of the district can use railway transport, since near the metro station is the railway platform with the same name “Kupchino”, which can be reached both to the center of St. Petersburg and to the southern outskirts of the city of settlements.
It is quite well inside the district itself. Transport communication has been established: more than 20 bus routes, five tram and trolleybus numbers. There are direct bus routes to the cities: Kolpino, Shushary and Pushkin. Buying an apartment in Kupchino is a rather profitable investment.

General description
Kupchino is one of the historical regions of St. Petersburg. In this place in the XVII century was the village of Kupchinovo, from the name of which, most likely, appeared “Kupchino”. The area spread out not far from the Volkovka River. The soils of the district are partially swampy, and shrub vegetation also prevails.
The construction of new residential complexes in Kupchino is carried out quite actively. More dense development began at the end of the XX – at the beginning of the XXI century. Due to the different storeys of new complexes, the new appearance of the area does not look the best. However, some new buildings rather decorate Kupchino with their appearance.
