This can significantly save money.
In large cities, secondary housing is the only way to purchase an object in the center and in the areas adjacent to the center, because there the earth is very rarely released there. And if you get rid of it, then it costs frantic money.
A large role, of course, is played by the quality of the existing structure. Any defect is reflected not only on the price of real estate, but also on the cost of modernization. Even taking into account the costs of experts, redevelopment, buying a house for repairs and its further reconstruction is much cheaper than the construction of a new house in Germany.
